Hike: Swinging Bridges, Waihee Valley

We headed out on the Swinging Bridges Hike today in the Waihee Valley. Sato pulled off some Indian Jones-like stunts as he crossed 2 bridges made out of 2x6 pieces of wood that were quite high. We all held our breath till the little guy skillfully made it across!!!

Unfortunately after the big success on the swinging bridges, Sato was greeted at the end of the trail by 2 really mean dogs. Little scary! He survived... and Dad took extra care of Sato when we got back home. Cooked him a nice salmon dinner.
