Adventures in Hana...

Casey's last day on island and we wanted to explore the rain forest. What an adventure! We started our journey driving the back way... only to find out the road we came from was CLOSED! Oh well, we survived. We then went on to check out all the hot spots: Seven Sacred Pools, Waianapanapa... the scenery never gets old!

Casey, thank you for coming out to Maui! We had such a good time and we are so looking forward to hanging out back in Florida!!

St. Patrick's Day!

Casey met me at school today and we left a little early to explore Haleakala. Unfortunately it was soooo overcast, there was zero visibility of the crater... even from the observation area at the summit. It was crazy! You will have to check out the photo album to get a better feel of what we are talking about. Too funny!

But this didn't bring us down. We stopped by the Kula Lodge on the way back down for a stone oven pizza and an amazing view of West Maui from Upcountry.

And it is St. Patrick's Day!!! So we got together with Dusty & some of his friends from work for a little green beer and good times.

Steve Saves the Day!!!

What would we do with out Steve?!?! As many of you know, we have been remodeling since December. And we've certainly had our share of trying moments during the process. We were starting to lose hope that this undertaking may never come to an end.
AND then Steve arrived!!! He brought with him a new outlook & organization!! The work we've done during the week Steve was here...... was unthinkable the week before. Our condo is now a much more livable place.
We THANK YOU from the bottom of our heart, Steve. We can now come home and enjoy ourselves again.
